I started my journey in Nov. 2011. My goal was to lose
a little weight. I told Mike what my goal was and that
I hated to work out/cardio could he help. His precise
words to me, "If you eat what I tell you to eat, you will
look the way you want to look!" HE WAS RIGHT!
It probably took
me a little longer, but by following his nutrition plan
I achieved my goal in about a year. Now my nutrition plan
is a way of life for me! I am so happy with my physique
and it is all thanks to Mike Allen & Hard Corps Fitness.
I have enjoyed this journey so much that I started
competing in fitness competitions and Mike has
been by my side to help me! Thanks again Mike for
all your support & motivation!!!

When Mike was hired by Karina competing wasn't in the
game plan however, with her progress and a coworkers
motivation the contest goal was born. You're a true
champion and warrior! You have what it takes! You showed
dedication, determination and discipline throughout
your prep and succeeded at every level. It was a pleasure
to help you succeed! The prep period was 20 weeks! An
amazing transformation in a relatively short period!

I typically don't post any #patmeontheback photos, so
why start now? Instead, this is a #patmytrainerontheback
post for @hardcorpsfitness. The picture on the left
is from 2010. I was an average girl, eating chicken
Caesar salads (which I thought was healthy) and teaching
fitness classes, but not allowing myself to have my
own time at the gym. The picture in the middle was taken
in 2014, after competing in several bikini competitions
and trying to find a new "normal", still struggling
with typical girl stuff like the dreaded #cellulite,
no matter how fit I looked. The picture on the right
makes me so proud and I've found my #newnormal! I have
more energy than I could ever imagine with fats as an
energy source and have built some very feminine curves
with lean muscle. It has been two months since that
last competition, and Mike makes it so easy for me to
maintain this physique (and continue to improve). I
can't thank him enough!!!!!

I've
got to hand it to Mike Allen at Hard Corps Fitness.
He worked with me on my meals and supplementation for
my show prep this year (2017). I'm 7 weeks post-show
and feeling great, stronger than I was pre-show prep.
I used a different meal plan the first time around,
and lost entirely too much muscle and it took me months
to get back to where I was before the show prep. Having
the right meals and supplementation has been a whole
world of difference. If you are considering a show,
Mike Allen is your guy! Thanks again for helping me
achieve my First place win at the Branch Warren Classic
this year.

Mike has helped me tremendously making changes to my
body with nutrition & micro nutrients. My goal was
to lose fat & gain muscle. His nutrition plan has
really helped me tighten up to where I have definition
in my legs now, along with the rest of my body.
The process has been very simple & I have no problem
sticking to the nutritional plan he chooses for me.
Since the protein is broken down is smaller portions,
my digestion is better as well.
I live in CA & want everyone to know that Mike can
help you with his Expertise no matter where you live.
Anytime I have a question or need advice, he is always
responsive with amazing knowledge. I now use many essential
oils to which I love.

I had started working out and eating what I thought was right for my body but I had plateaued. I knew Mike
from our children playing football and baseball together and I was watching as his wife, Jill, seemed to be loosing weight
and looking more fit. So I called Mike to seek his advice on my fitness. I didn't realize that he knew so much about
diet and how to sustain your body. He told me exactly what to eat and when. So I went to the grocery store and began
what I thought was going to be a difficult process to my desired results. See, I really just wanted to look leaner, not
thinner. During the next month as I continued to work out and eat what Mike had told me, the inches melted off. I lost 6
inches off my hips alone. I went from a size 6P to a 0P in about 6 weeks (I did cheat ALOT). I did get to a point where
I wanted to loose more fat and gain muscle so I texted Mike and he made suggestions on how to amp up my workouts.
Overall, with only one consultation with Mike I have achieved my weight lose goal and fitness goal. I will be calling on
Mike again in the Fall to amp up my weight training again. I would highly recommend Mike. He is very accessible when I
had questions and he checked on me constantly to make sure I was feeling good. GREAT experience! Thanks Mike.

A
Milestone Reached.....Over a year ago, Mike Allen and
I started working together with the goal of getting
me in "shape". A key milestone in the process was to
lose 100 Lbs. Today we officially achieved that goal.
It has not always been easy, times I asked myself if
it were worth it. But, through Mikes Constant encouragement
and support, a huge goal was achieved. Thanks Mike!
18 Lbs more to reach the second milestone. There is
light at the end of the tunnel.

Hey
Mike! I know you haven't been actively working with
me over the last several months but I thought I would
update you a bit.
I have continued with the eating plan and workout plan
that you designed for me and couldn't be happier with
the results. I am now down to 140 pounds and actually
feeling better than I have in a long time.
